課程概述

本課程目的一是要介紹各位同學影響廣泛，及理論上或研究方法上創新的大洋洲民族誌。另外是介紹各位近幾年研究的嘗試。期望學期結束時，各位能掌握大洋洲在近年人類學理論與方法的檢討與嘗試上的地位。書的選擇盡量涵蓋此區主要的島嶼。

課程目標

課程要求

上課方式：同學選定負責細讀並報告的書。
- 上課時，每周負責同學擇要報告書的特點，並帶領討論。
- 非負責同學，須在周一下午五時以前，以電子郵件提出兩個中肯問題。

評分方法：
學期當中繳交三分書評與一份學期報告。書評：以某一本書或文章其中的主題為核心。討論書在理論取向、主題研究、研究方法、及區域研究等方面的立場及貢獻。歡迎旁徵博引。字數不需超出三千，以盡致為要。繳交書評的時間是10月8日(二)、11月5日(二)、12月3日(二)。學期報告正文不少於一萬字，1月9日(五)繳交。
